VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

GREETERS -- our greeters meet and welcome patrons to the Fine Arts Center in the lobby area before, during,  and after each performance.  Greeters are available to answer questions, provide pertinent information,  directions, and a big smile throughout the course of an event.

USHERS -- ushers welcome and escort patrons upon entering and exiting the performance hall and are available to assist patrons to and from their seats.  Ushers are available at all times in the performance hall helping to ensure a quiet and distraction-free environment.

TICKETING -- ticketing volunteers are responsible for admitting patrons into the performance hall while ensuring a smooth transition  from the lobby.  Ticketing volunteers also distribute programs and other pertinent information to patrons upon entering the hall.

OFFICE ASSISTANTS -- throughout the season, office assistants are vital to the Arts Season as they assist with the behind the scenes details for organizing each event.  Office assistants provide support by helping with mailings, filing, phone calls and other necessary projects leading up to each performance.  Office assistants are also encouraged to help as needed throughout the course of an event.

ARTIST LIAISON -- the artist liaison is available back-stage to assist the artist(s) in any way possible during their time at the Fine Arts Center and help ensure the quality of the performance experience for the artist(s).  This is the perfect opportunity to experience what it is like to work side by side with artists to ensure a smooth event.
