Christ-Centered Environment

Though the Arts has always played a significant role in defining culture throughout history, the Arts more recently has become more secularized and its role in the Church has waned.  The Arts School at Prince of Peace strives to inspire, educate and empower students of all ages to develop their gifts in a setting where we recognize Christ as the ultimate source of artistic expression.

Facilities

In the Fall of 2009, Prince of Peace opened a new 30,000 square-foot Fine Arts Center that is home to a 500-seat performance hall, technology lab, scene and costume shop, practice rooms and more.  We also anticipate future development on campus for dedicated space for the Arts School that will include private lesson studios, group classrooms, Kindermusik space, production studio, and multiple dance studios.

Service Opportunities

Students will have the unique opportunity to share their artistic gifts on a much larger scale.  Opportunities for students to put their gifts into practice include participation in a wide range of events on the Prince of Peace campus including exhibits, productions, concerts, and worship as well as opportunities off campus.
